没有冷气的哦。七楼还不太热。加上有窗和风扇。如果真的很热的话，客厅有冷气。 are u taylor's student?

small room come with single bed, dresser and fan. the house is fully furnished with air-con and ceiling fan in living room, refrigerator, washing machine, internet, microwave/oven, strove, sofa, tv, water heater in bathroom.

included electric, water and streamyx bills..
we prefer for Chinese students, Friendly and neat
