covered car park is available with additional charge.

Utility bills including internet will be shared with housemates (no AC)
currently other rooms are occupied by students and a pilot.[very friendly but not nosy(hehe)]
both genders are welcomed !!

The big middle room is vacant as empty room - rm 500 or
with mattress,cupboard,study table - rm 550 (extra furnitures can be requested with additional charges)

But it is only Rm 700 If you would like to move into a comfort room,fully furnished with

curtains,
table lamp,
book shelf,
study desk with chair,
cupboard,
bedframe with mattress and
a dressing table
