Small Room:
Bed, table, chair, cupboard, newly installed fan with light (fully furnished)
Monthly rental: RM450 (inclusive of electricity and water bills, and 5mbps UniFi)

Medium Room:
Table, chair, and fan
Monthy rental: RM550 (inclusive of electricity and water bills, and 5mbps UniFi)

Available: End of Nov/1st December 2011

Prefer Chinese (All housemates are chinese, currently have 2 females and 1 male, and all are friendly)

Everything is ready, just bring your clothes and belongings
