10% rental yield is not entirely accurate if you take into account the year of purchase. In 2010 the rentals in Suriamas suddenly jumped to very high. Now is even higher.

Means those first home owners that bought before the 2010 appreciation value spike and rent out now will get atleast a 30-40% rental yield. Still the rental yield is more then 20% after the appreciation spike for direct owners. Even master tenants are making money from multiple units.

Best thing is to engage a real estate agent to find the tenant for you to get maximum yield.

u should keep your unit as long as you can. Suriamas now has the highest ROI in Subang, dats why i moved in. Ask any realtor around.

Hi all,

It seems like suriamas appreciation value is very low. I have a 1300sqft unit 15th floor. Mine is fully renovated. How much a bare unit can be priced at?
