need to pay advance 2month rental and rm100 utility fee

the unit got frige, washing machine, tv, sofa, dining table, light cooking, wifi (unifi 5mb)
there are swimming pool, gym, steam bath(sona), badminton n tennis court, bbq area, mini market, restaurant(mamak), laundry at level 2

the utility bill are divide by the number of tenant (if the room with aircond for sure need to pay more. normally the bill are rm40 a month and the rest will pay by the tenant with aircond room)
internet fee are share with housemate
