If based on Iproperties website, non bumi unit is selling at not less than 400k. I'm not sure about the latest transacted deal though.

Hi Mrs Chan,

There are 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms....condition ok.....no kitchen cabinet and all....its a basic unit...

Yup, upon checking with the developer, they told me that my unit is a bumi lot...therefor, if I want to sell it, i hv to sell to another bumi....however, it is possible to sell to non-bumi...but the process might take years instead of months

As you mentioned is bumi lot .. do you mean for Bumi only ?
