- NO aircon
- common facilities: water heater, washing machine, refrigerator, water filter, kitchen cabinet, electric kettle, shoe cabinet, etc.
- quiet environment (single female owner & one Taylor's female student staying together)
- Light cooking only
- NO visitor allowed
- no smoking & no pet
- 2 mths deposit
