2. Swimming pool, Kafeteria, Gym, sports centre are available for tenants. Good Security too.
3. Tenants here are all Taylor's students. Chinese race. (sabahan) 2 girls n 2 boys. Friendly and clean.
4. This room is big so 2 tenants can live in and the rental is still the same. (RM500)
5. Single bed for 2 is available.
6. Fully Furnished except TV. Unifi available.
7. Room is cool because of the height and non aircond is needed.
8. Only Malaysian or Indonesian. Preferred Students. Taylor's Bus is available every 30 minutes.
