After negotiations thri several emails and sms-es, 2 months security deposit was paid. Was saked to bank in cash to the 'owner' HENDRIK ALI PAAT and subsequently to wait for arrangement to get the keys. Until now cannot contact Carol Wong.
Saw a few other advertisements by thhe second email address of other condos room for rent. BEWARE!!!
