Rental is 680 per room which is 340 each... not included utility...
house is fully furnished...
Currently got me and landlord staying there...
landlord is a very nice person...

I am looking for housemates female/male to rent a unit with me together..
Im searching for a unit with basic stuff such as fridge, dining table, heater, ceiling fan and washing machine....
1 year contract......

Anyone interested to rent me a unit let me know and anyone who needs a room (big middle, middle and small) can contact me too.....

If we found one and we move in, we can share among ourselves the internet, shoe rags, kitchen cabinet if needed....

i prefer Friendly, neat and clean housemates Chinese if possible...
