Fully furnished big middle room for rent

Currently I have one big middle room for rent urgently.
Hope that the new tanent can move in on 20th march.
The room comes with furnitures which is 2 single bed, 2 wardrobe, 2 study table, bookcase, aircon, fan and light.
House is fully furnished also and fully renovated.
There is wifi support, laundry and cooking is allow.
There is also microwave and slow cooker.
The owner of the house staying there also.
They are brother and sister and currently working.
They all are friendly, polite, generous...
Currently there is another stay in the middle room also.
Im trying to find a roommate for her coz im moving out.
The rental is 340 per month which not included utility.
