any room for rent by this july?

Hi, i got 1 fully furnish single room for rent.
Can view room by end of June & move in by 1st July.
RM350/month. not include utilities
Room furnish with fan, bedframe, mattress, study table & chair, curtain, wadrobe...
Unit under renovation now, furniture will only come by this Sunday!! All new furniture, will you be the 1st one to use it!!
