I have rooms available this 1st August 2010.
Rental will be:-
-RM400 for Masteroom twin-sharing.
-RM350 for Middle room twin-sharing.
-RM400 for single room.

Car park available for those who needs one. Got 2 slot available.
Carpark - RM50 per-month

Car rental available for students/working adults
Perodua Kancil - Auto
Weekdays
RM80 per-day.
weekends
RM100 per-day

Housemates can be mixture of girls and guys. Just that roommates will be the same gender.

Rooms comes with single bed, mattress, wooden wardrobe and a study table.
The living area will have d washing machines, refrigerator, dining table, kitchen table, sofa, dry cloths bar and shoe rack
