The unit is located in Block B, 9th floor.
-Can move in by March 2011.

Quiet and simple environment.
Fridge + water machine are provided.
In the middle between SetiaJaya KTM and Sunway Pyramid shopping mall.
Quite a handful of facilities are provide:
sauna, badminton court, table tennis, tennis, swimming pool and gymnasium.
Shutter Bus to Subang Jaya and Taylor's Lakeside Campus

Wifi is available (optional, the monthly fee shared among tenants)
The rooms are however empty, but you can buy 2nd hand utilities like tables or mattress from us.

Monthly rental:
Small room : RM300 per month
Medium room : RM400 per month
Electric and Water bill will be shared among tenant
