The Big Middle Room can be rented empty or furnished as you prefer as it is currently empty.
The rental price ranges from Rm 500 - Rm600
The Unit is Furnished with:-
Fridge
Washing Machine
Tv
Sofa set
Dining Area
Stove
Toaster Oven
Heater
Facilities:-
Internet-TM Unifi
Internet Tv
covered car park is available with additional charge.
Utility bills including internet will be shared with housemates (no AC)
currently other rooms are occupied by students and a pilot.[very friendly but not nosy(hehe)]
both genders are welcomed !!
