That's a very nice offer. However, I'm afraid it is off my budget Crying or Very sad

I'm URGENTLY looking for a room for male tenant with:

* monthly rental RM350-RM400 (including utilities & internet & parking)
* RM450 would be my max (including utilities & internet & parking)
* room has bedframe & mattress - without AC
* the place has internet & washing machine.
