You can sight the room but I need to contact the tenant what time will he be in as the tenant need to attend class. I will check with him the time and will let you know.

Hello Brian,

Location is in Block B. Rm800.00 fully furnished with fridge, wifi and washing machine.
Furnitures are in good condition.

Are you a Chinese ??

Hello ..

More details :

1. Right now all the rooms are occupied and 2 rooms tenant will be leaving mid/end of June.
New tenants will be joining in/before July ( booked ).

2. New tenants are boys and I have not meet them yet. I only communicated with their parents whom
are very friendly.

3. They are Malaysian Chinese teen boys and are studying. There should not be a problem in staying with
them.
