-Study table & Chair
-Wardrobe
-Tv in the living room
-Fridge
-Washing Machine
Shuttle bus service to Taylor's University and Sunway Pyramid
Swimming pool,laundry,mini market,gym and food stalls all available too.
Unifi(10Mbps) and water heater provided
Cooking is allowed
Utilities such as internet line,electric and water bills are to be shared among housemates
Rental for each month is Rm450
2 months as deposit and 1 month for rental
