can you elaborate a little how the furnishing of the house?with tv built in cabinet? plaster ceiling with L box?nice wet kitchen and dry kitchen with high quality of cabinet, accesorries, table top, etc as well as tiles up to ceiling height at kitchen?built in wardrobe in every room?how many aircond?etc...thanks

Yup, i am agent.
The last transaction is Block C, RM350k, cant disclose the unit number.
But this house with qualities furnish, built in kabinet, aircond...

Recently transaction for non-bumi unit is RM350k, partly furnish.
Dont think can get RM280k.
Unless deseperate owner, or auction unit, hahahaha
